Rinuri

Information

Rinuri is a Kyuubi, a legendary evolution of long lived Kitsune. While she typically appears as a normal Kitsune woman, but what makes her stand apart is the markings on her ears, tail and small markings on her face. However because Kyuubi are so rare, her markings are sometimes mistaken as tribal markings of a clan she belongs to.

The other obvious sign that she is a Kyuubi is what she either consciously or unconsciously unleashes her full power, which reveals her nine tails and shows off her massive aura. There are three ways that her Kyuubi nature becomes revealed.

1. Enraged

Rinuri never feels that she has to unleash her full mana due to her being a seasoned retired S-Rank adventurer. However on the rare occasion that she is enraged, due to someone she loves being hurt or killed or something along those lines, she unleashes whatever mana she has available to her and sometimes even going beyond that limit.

2. Lustful

When Rinuri’s mana is completely depleted, it triggers a unique side effect of her being a Kyuubi. Uncontrollable lust. In this state, Rinuri becomes intensely sexual and seeks out the nearest man to have sex with them in order to replenish her mana. She doesn't care who they are, as long as they can satisfy her. This form of energy restoration is rare among Kyuubi, but what is known about them is that only two other Kyuubi in the past 3000 years have only had these side effects.

This state finally ends when her lust has been satiated. This usually means that she has to experience someone orgasming inside her multiple times, luckily due to this lustful state, she cannot get pregnant. Kyuubi women are not fertile and cannot produce children. Also while in this state, her aura is also on full display but its intensity is completely different from raw power. Instead of feeling bloodlust, you can almost feel her lust. Her tails are also gone when she has no mana, but as she is having sex she is slowly replenishing her mana each time her partner orgasms inside her. As this happens, her tails slowly reappear one at a time. She technically won’t stop until all of her nine tails have returned, meaning her partner needs to orgasm continuously inside her until they all return. This sometimes requires the man to orgasm 9+ times.

3. Focused

When Rinuri enters a fully aware, deliberate combat state, typically when confronting a powerful opponent, she reveals her nine tails in a calm, focused display. This is her most elegant and controlled transformation, often signaling to enemies that she is not holding back. In this state, she is at her peak of power and probably one of the most legendary S-Ranks just shortly behind Akame and Sunder.

Despite her history, Rinuri has taken up work at the Redcrest Brothel, where she also serves as a prostitute and a guard when necessary. Due to her striking beauty, age, and lineage, she is one of the most desired women in the brothel, often needing to schedule her clients months in advance due to how in demand she is. 

Rinuri is a rather quiet and calm individual and gives off a very warm and independent personality. She prefers to be alone and can be seen walking around the village enjoying the scenery. People tend to feel extremely safe with her around just due to the motherly aura she gives off. 

When it comes to Crimson Moon members interacting with her, she has a very unique arrangement when it comes to the guild. Akame is really the only one that interacts with Rinuri from time to time and they can sometimes be seen walking together around the village, although they never seem to talk, it's almost as if Rinuri just enjoys Akame’s presence. 

Kurohime and Yukari actually surprisingly keep their distance from Rinuri. They tried to make flirtatious advances at her when she first arrived at the village and didn’t receive a rejection, but she just returned their advances with a warm smile and a slight adjustment in her aura which indicated that they were out of their league. 

However, they finally noticed they were indeed in over their heads with Rinuri when Yukari happened to hear something just on the edges of the lake just outside the fence of the pond near her library. When Yukari went to investigate in her shadow spectral form she found Rinuri in her lustful state having intense sex with one of the village men. Apparently what Yukari saw was so extreme that even she realized she wouldn’t last half an hour with Rinuri. She relayed this information to Kurohime who noticed how shocked Yukari was. 

Rinuri actually reserves time alone at the hot springs in the back of the guild hall, which she does through Fae or Akame. No one is allowed to be with her during that time and all are told to avoid her until she is done. She uses this time not only to relax, but to meditate, as it takes extreme focus to contain her mana, which is why it depletes so easily.

Recent Past: 

Rinuri’s reputation as a legendary adventurer traces back 140 years, when she was an S-Rank adventurer belonging to a small but powerful 4-member guild. This party consisted of Rinuri, two human men, and one elven woman. The group became known for completing near-impossible missions. However, during a regular expedition that they had done for money years, Rinuri returned alone—badly wounded and sobbing while the other three members were missing. 

She never speaks about the details of what happened. She never joined another guild, and she retired from being an adventurer after that. All that is known about her from then to now is that she wandered from village to village on the outskirts of Valralor and essentially tried to gain a new life in each place she moved to. Ultimately she left each of those villages because people feared her true nature and she was driven out. Either it was due other villagers finding out she was a Kyuubi or she was found having sex with someone extremely important in the village or someone that was married which caused a divide in that village.
